What if I am located "outside Hawke's Bay"?
It is often quicker and more economical to ship your machine to us and let our technicians work on it in our "full facilities" workshop, than engage a non-specialised local technician. We have all the expertise "in house" whilst your local technician may have to spend a lot of time locating and studying the operating manuals of your machine. He may also experience long delays when sourcing spare parts ~ If we don't already have it in stock, we are likely to know where to get these!
